Shipping policy

I've added Flat Rate Shipping Tiers as follows (orders shipping within Canada):

Orders over $50 ship for $15

Orders over $100 ship for $12

Orders over $200 ship for $5

Orders over $275 ship Free 

If your shipping quote seems high (>$25) please reach out, any over charges are always refunded, but the quote can sometimes be shockingly high if you have multiple items in your cart.

**International orders ship at carrier rates, duties to be paid by the customer**

We currently offer shipping in Canada.  Pick up in Brentwood Bay, BC is available, and from time to time Chilliwack, BC; contact me for more details.

I offer shipping via Canada Post, Purolator and UPS, calculated at checkout. If UPS is less expensive than Canada Post, your order will ship via UPS unless otherwise requested. If the actual shipping cost is less than quoted, a refund of the difference to within $3.00 will be provided.

If your fibre arts group or guild is interested in a group order, each individual can place and pay for their fibre separate. Once the orders are received,  I will pack everyone's order together for shipping to a single address, and invoice for one shipping fee, group orders over $275 total ship free. Please contact me prior to placing any orders for complete details.

Please note, in order to be transparent and fair to all customers, Chaotic Fibres keeps items priced as low as possible and does not offer free shipping outside of specific promotions. 

Packages are usually shipped within 5-8 business days via Purolator/UPS/Canada Post. We will confirm with an email that your parcel has been shipped, including tracking information if included in your selected shipping service. Orders are packed and shipped Weekly, in the order they are received, with some exceptions during the summer and winter holidays, contact me if your order is time sensitive. Between June and August allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. If you're order is time sensitive, please reach out and I will do my absolute best to accommodate.

For local Victoria area customers, we can accommodate a no shipping arrangement with pick ups at our home studio, simply choose pickup during checkout. I will email you when your order is ready, 1-3 business days(up to 5 business days during summer, please contact me if your order is time sensitive). If you would like to collect your order sooner, please use the contact form to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

Liability

Chaotic Fibres does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in shipping. If you would like additional insurance to the $100 coverage provided by Canada Post on tracked packages, please let me know at the time of ordering.
