Satisfaction Guarantee

We absolutely guarantee satisfaction with our products purchased online through our store. We appreciate your willingness to forego the touch and see experience of personal shopping in a storefront, and we understand the challenge of choosing colours online since every computer monitor will show colour tones with slight variations. If you are local to Victoria, please contact me to book an in person shopping appointment.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us at chaoticfibres@gmail.com, and we will arrange to refund or exchange the product.

Your request for a refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your product, and the product MUST be in its original condition, free of smoke and animal hair, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees for refunded or exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer.
