We love using sari silk in felting and spinning projects for the spectacular colour and texture variation it creates. This fibre is made in India from recycled silk saris. The fabric scraps are finely shredded and then carded to pull the fibres into a more refined state. Sari silk blends well with other fibres and adds stunning highlights as embellishments to spun yarn or felted projects. We offer a wide range of colours, each bringing shimmering possibilities for your work!

Please Note: As Sari Silk is a recycled handmade and hand dyed product, we suggest only cold water use. Please be aware that colours may run and that there may be a colour/shade difference in batches. This product isn't suitable for hot water crafts because the colours may run.
